Who was Marcus Aurelius?
Marcus Aurelius Antoninus was a Roman emperor who led the Roman Empire in the 2nd century. He was born April 26, 121 and died March 17, 180 A.D. He is known not only for his leadership as the last emperor of the Pax Romana, a period of relative peace and stability for the Empire, but also for his lifelong study and practice of Stoic philosophy.

This lecture series is not about Marcus Aurelius.

It is a discussion by Kelvin Chin on topics he has written and spoken about worldwide to help people in their pursuit of living life more enjoyably and with less suffering. This goal mirrors that of Marcus Aurelius’ during his lifetime almost 2,000 years ago.

We hope you can join us for some or all of the sessions. Please feel free to invite others.
